Complaint regarding poor quality bag purchased online

This is regarding the product which I had purchased from authentic website ‘www.carrotbags.com/’, I ordered a bag from this website and received the same on 19th July. Last week I used this bag and suddenly it got broke in the middle of the market, I felt so embarrassed, n it is tearing apart from corners and the mental of the chain is getting fade. so in just one use, it feels like I purchased it from some roadside shop. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied. it’s not about amount, it’s about the embarrassment I had faced. I chased to it’s team, they are saying that I already used this product so they cannot do anything. if I won’t use this product then how do I know about it’s cheap quality. should I keep it in showcase ? this site is nothing just fooling people by making fancy videos of bags but the quality is very bad. please consider attached photos and screenshots. I really need your support. Please do needful. I want my refund for this product.
