Complaint regarding fake data entry jobs and demand for money

I got a call from maharashtra saying that i have an offer in data entry job where we have to work for only 10 days a month which is for 11 months.it had various agreement saying that
1.if you quit or any delays you have to pay Rs.2800
2.If you have maintained 90% accuracy then only will be eligible to get payment of 18/- per form.or else you have to pay the company charges.
I fell sick so i called them and informed ,but they were like now you have breached the contract you have to pay 2800 or else legal action would be taken and you will not be able to get further cards ,loans etc.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
