Complaint regarding fee deducted for Axis Bank credit card

I am using Axis Bank Credit Card from last two years. My Fee deducted on 11-Nov-2020. There criteria is that if we spent 2 Lakh or more in a year the fee will be reversed. I spent 2.14 Lakh in a year before 11 Nov 2021. But fee deducted on 11 Nov 2021. I registered the request for the same. Then customer care said your spent is above 2 lakh and you will get refund when bill generate on 15 dec. But in bill I have not get refund. I registered complain again for the same on 18 Dec 2021 (Complaint No is 71063272) . Then they again calculated amount for a year and said you spent more than 2 Lakh and we registered the complaint for the same and you will get resolution within 7 days. When I Called today, they said you have not spent 2 lakh. I have proper document bills etc. As per I paid bills, amount is exceeded 2 lakh. I have attached a pdf file where I make brief of all bill amount total.
Kindly do the needful for the same.
