Complaint regarding fee deducted twice while filling UPPCL Form

I filled UPPCL Form for Assistant engineer Advt.no.5/VSA/2022. During online fees payment through SBI GATEWAY amount of 1180 INR gets deducted from my account but UPPCL application form showed payment failed.I tried again and paid the fees again. The amount gets deducted twice for the same application form. I want my one payment back in my account i . e Rs 1180. My Application No. UPPCLAE001130
