Complaint regarding flat from VGS Realty

Bought a flat from VGS Realty an arm of Omkar Builder under sub invention scheme. Delayed the possession of flat, gave possession of flat with defects, undue charges taken, delayed pre interest EMI not fully compensated by the Builder as promised because of delay, did not adhere to agreement to sale and finally did not adhere to municipal laws and got part OC but did not complete the facilities under it even water connection not provided after three years of possession along with many other deficiencies.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
