Complaint about not cancelling policy by Bajaj Allianz

Sir, I’m officially registering a complaint against Policy Bazar and Bajaj Allianz have requested to cancel the policy I took from them within 30 days of activation becuase of financial reasons. The customer executive said they will give 100% cashback if I cancel it within the 30 days of activation and I made a number of email conversations and calls to make them cancel the service and they told it is under process. But they not only didn’t cancel the policy but also charged my credit card again this month for the same policy of about 5112 rupees.
