Complaint regarding form fake filling job offers

I took a job a livonta tech, due to some personal reasons i was not able to complete Because the demo form which they gave me after i asked was wrong. i was okay paying the fine but they are charging 19955. I remember i did not agree to pay so much if i failed so i went to see signed agreement which they have sent me through a link and now the agreement page can be found. How can i pay them when i dont even have my signed copy. Now if i ask them they will send me a different agreement. There website url is also not opening.
