I received the phone call from Vxxxxxn from this number 9xxxxxx1, he told me that he calling from SBI credit card section and having an offer he asked to transfer the amount 5500 after it will returned to your account there is a complimentary gift. But after knowing that it was fake. I received the product and it was not good so I returned the product on 27.9.2019 and courier charges were rupees 600 to ANK Building, New Delhi. They told to Refund the money and courier charges 5500 and 600 totally 6100 rupees. After I have sent an email to the customer care, Pxxxa from this number calling 9xxxxxxxx1 she assured me to refund the money also threaten me if again I sent mail I cannot get back my money. I call to the customer number he speaking rudly and badly without manners. I want justice.
