I have place the order on 17 August 2020, 5:30 pm, On 27 August 2020 I have noticed that my order status is showing as delivered on 26 August 2020 in JioMart, I have written to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org Aug 27, 2020, 6:42 PM. Each time I connect to customer care they are raising a new complaint and assuring that they will refund in 7days, when I have asked about the previous complaint no, they are saying it is closed, they are closing the ticket without refunding the amount and there is no resolution why they have closed and this happening with since 27 August 2020. When ask them to connect to your manager they keep my call on hold for 1 hour and also, they are not responding to my emails.
This is causing a lot of mental stress on me by following-up with them every day and receiving the same response. They are not willing to resolve this issue. I want the Order Amount ?1,018.69 be refunded immediately.
