Complaint regarding fraud by zopnow.in online shopping

I order grocery on zopnow by paying ? 4089.6 through GPay upi, the transaction was successful from my bank, ICICI bank, after the transaction no confirmation has received nor any intimation of delivery, that creat a suspicious to me and check through and find the zopnow is fraud, hence I am raising this complain, please register it investigated. Expecting a reply, please do the needful.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
