I have ordered a product Multipurpose Expandable Water Spray Gun on 20 April 2021 and received a packet from naaptol on 21st April. But when I opened the packet I found the product witch was delivered to me was not the one I asked for.
So I called the delivery boy and as per his suggestion I complain the same over telephone vide a complain no. on 21st April . And I was assured that it will be resolved within 48hrs. but on 22nd April I got a sms saying that the complain is resolved but actually not. On 23rd I got an sms again saying to send the picture of the product which I received and as per the instruction I send the images on the same day. And last on 25th again I got an sms the complaint is resolved, after that no one respond to me regarding the complaint from naaptol.com.
So I request if you could help me to get the actual product Multipurpose Expandable Water Spray Gun from naaptol.
