Complaint regarding fraud by zopnow.in retail

On 29/04/2021, On seeing zop now retail on YouTube, I fell prey to it and I placed order , worth ?600/- , with zop now retail, which siphoned ? 600/- from my account through Google pay vide
But still products are not delivered, Nor refunded money.
Zop now retail and you tube Cheated me , by on line fraud,
Kindly book, tried and convict them by taking stern action, in the interest of justice.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
