I received a call from a company that name is EASY BUILD TECHNOLOGY on 10/12/2018. They told me about filling online 800 form in 7 days. I agreed to online form felling then they took PDF file of aadhar card & Email id from me through whatsapp no. 73xxxxxx7 then they sent me a link for provided user id and password. They took my signature and date of joining 11/12/2018 then i start my work after 2 days, I mean today 13/12/2018 A person call me and say,”I am advocate vijay prakash pandey from alahbad high court and I have a case against you. You don’t work properly so company given you penalty of 3999 . If you not pay money then we will send a legal notice with 25000. You will come in alahbad high court in two days.”
I am working properly but they lock my id and they send me a legal notice. They use my signature and aadhar id in wrong way.
They threatening me in the name of agreement and mentally harassed. I am belong to a poor family and I have no money to pay to them. I am a only student.
kindly please sir,
solve my problem and take a legal action against this fraud company.
