Complaint regarding fraud form filling job

I got my confirmation Email from Qns Enterprise saying for form filling., They provided me id and password for work, but they signed agreement for fine of Rs.5200/- for not completing assignment and provided mail id and password which Didn’t work on any site. They provided helping email – Id-fxxxxxxxxx1@gmail.com
And contact no.72xxxxxxxx4. Which is completely fake.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
