Complaint regarding fraud job offers

Fraud blackmailing and harassment. Value: 20000. I received a call before few month there is a guy who tell me about work after that they asked me for id proof for address.. after that they sent me agreement without my knowledge..
After some week they mailing me n calling me for money and demanding for money if I can’t pay money to them they take legal action. Pls sir I am so frustrated because of this.. I can’t focus on my srudy. Pls sir help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
