Complaint regarding fraud job offers and money paid

I belong from a poor family so 7100/- among is very big to me. I had registered a account in Quikr.com some days ago.Then I paid 1600/- amount as a recruiter’s instructions.After that they demand 5500/- amount for verification my documents.I also paid it.Now they demand 14000/- for confirmation of job.I have no more money to pay.I request them to cancel the verification & refund my money but they not refund the amount.I really deserve the amount for my study.
