I booked a flight from Hyderabad- Paris with layover of approx. 19 hrs at Jeddah. I faced some issues regarding getting transit visa of Jeddah (if layover is more than 12 hrs, transit visa is mandatory in Jeddah). I requested Goibibo for rescheduling my flight in a way that I get less layover at Saudi. After chasing for approximately 20 days, they sent me a link of payment following a call mentioning the details of rescheduled flight. After making the payment, I was supposed to receive the confirmed rescheduled ticket within 24-48 hours of payment. It’s been more than 5 days now, I haven’t received my confirmed ticket. Nobody from Goibibo is calling me and when I call them they ask for more time to resolve this issue. I need my money back and also the compensation for the mental harassment I am still facing because of this company.
