Complaint regarding fraud sale on Telegram channel

Financial fraud on Telegram Channel. Value: 3000. I get a whatsApp mesage from a number. Offered me free online income. After that they asked for 3000 and complete the task provided and they will give 3900 . But after doing the task they suddenly asked for 30000 and complete other task without information. I asked them for refund the they removed me from the channel.

But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
