Complaint regarding HealthKart Marketing emails

This complaint is against HealthKart and its marketing division. They flood users with promotional emails everyday and does not have an option to unsubscribe. Though there is a link that says unsubscribe, it does not lead to any screen that unsubscribes their promotional email but leads to their main website to place orders. It is very large in numbers and they flood mailboxes.
The email id is info[@]healthkart.com
Please look into the matter urgently as they are misleading and very aggressive in their marketing campaign to the extend of invading personal space of people.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
