Complaint regarding Hindware geyser leakage

i purchased 4 hindware gyser from best price (walmart) peoples mall bhopal.
purchase date : 01/03/2020
on 12/09/2021 i registered a complaint about gyser leakage. they came checked everything and said give me bill ill ask company to order new gyser for you. now its been more than 2 months. they are not responding.
i mailed their team also. but they also couldnt help. they say that this issue will resolve my retailer.
