Since 4th November, there is no internet connection. . I have called alliance broadband and local operator multiple times. Even after repeated complaints they have not still resolved the issue. It’s 7th November today. They said that they were on holiday for two days. Yesterday they said me that problem has been solved, as I was not present at my home hence couldn’t check. After I came back at 10pm saw that issues has not been yet solved.. called them thrice today, still they havent resolved. Kindly look into the matter. My docket number is 2248
