Complaint regarding Hitachi split AC problem

I purchased hitachi 1.5 ton split AC in prakash electronic showroom morena at Ju After parched Hitachi mechanic not fittings properly and leakage water and properly tiil one year now AC is totally damaged I am complent to Hitachi for compressor damege from 29 March 2022 but not solve my complent till 26 April
Hitachi sarvice is vary bad
