Complaint regarding ICICI bank loan

My dad took a loan from ICICI bank and he or the person my dad took loan from forged my signature now after my dad’s death we lost our house also lost more things. Now, I am trying buy a 1bhk to live as I don’t have any place to go but can’t get any loan or anything as the ICICI bank has slapped the loan on me and has brought my civil score to 300 something. Please help I don’t know what to do and I don’t have any fixed job also so can’t afford to take legal actions please help I am begging please help!!!!

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
