I have purchased ptron earphones via amazon, with 1 year warrenty, now the co. is asking to buy again and then they will refund, while selling the product via amazon they never mentioned any such clauses. this is fraud selling.

You could go ahead and buy a new pTron product from (Amazon) for the “Original Invoice value or of higher / equal value in price”.
If the purchased product price is lesser than the Original(OLD) invoice then we shall refund the value which ever is lesser.
Note: Your refund shall be processed once you share the new Tax Invoice soft copy(Which you can find in delivery box of new product) as well as new product images. These two are important for us to process the refund
