Complaint regarding incoming call issue with JIO

Incoming call issue. My jio numberbis 700xxxxxx4. I have replaced sim card but problem is same. When calling my number is not reachable i m problem facing from last 1 month… m going my nearest jio center 1 person( karan singh) told me that problem is my phone.. my device model is samsung j7 pro… i have checked another sim but there is no problem. I m also send email jio care but technical help is too poor.
