Complaint regarding investment intermedia deduction

Balance deduct from account to transfer to investment intermedia Value: i want to back my money which has deducted from my a/c. whenever i deposit money in my sbi a/c after this some msg are received that 295 rs transfered to investment intermedia it deducts 50 times from my a/c approx 13000 to 14000 from my a/c. i contact to branch but they said we dont know… and refuse the complaints every time
