I had submitted the my iphone on 5th Nov to maple store in Khar Road store Mumbai and i was told that my phone will be send to banglore office for checking the issue.
I first received a mail stating the repair will be done in free as it is under warranty. Later after a day i received another mail stating the repair cost is Rs. 52300.
They later said that there was a physical damage to the device due to which this will not be covered under warrenty
I was shocked as the cost of the phone was 60000 and repair cost was itself 52300. They dont have any proof
