Complaint regarding Mahindra XUV service

The after sales services of Mahindra XUV 500 is very bad. My car brokedown at midnight Saturday June 10,2017 and I have dropped it at Sterling motors , Sector 18, Gurgoan and till date it is not repaired . It’s been only 1.1 yr the gear box is damaged and the agency is saying I have to pay for it and it will not come under warranty . I am writing continuously to Mahindra and Sterling Motors however not getting any revert frm last 4 days. Please help.
