Regarding Skoda Octavia extended warranty

Hi. I am owner of an Octavia. At the time of purchase from Senator Motors I’d taken an extended warranty for additional 2 years, which now is not reflecting in the system. Probably a scam run by senator motors, but as it is their authorised dealer that has cheated shouldn’t skoda india be accountable? My vehicle number is MH 4xxA 1xxx0.
