Complaint regarding matrimonial frauds

got a call from 97xxxxxxx90 regarding the match for my brother. Over call they said they are calling from shubh mangal jodi, I get that confirmed with the number mentioned over website and they confirmed its their franchise. My brother is deaf and mute and they sent a profile with bride detail(No contact number) and asked for the fees of 2500. I paid the fees but now they are not sending the mentioned profile and stopped picking my call.
