Complaint regarding missing item from Myntra

Myntra denying that one of the three items received is missing. Value: 1400

After several attempts, Myntra is outright denying that I have received a package with a missing item. It seems that their cross-check has revealed that the product has left the warehouse in a sealed package. I cannot even attach a photo because I have not received the item.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
