I ordered for a product online on the 29th of November 2017, from the website Shopkio.com and paid for the product using the Paytm payment option. When I submitted my order after completing the OTP request, there was an error. However, later I realized that the money had been deducted from from my Paytm account and a company called Dealhop Pvt LTD was the benefactor. However, I have not received the product and when contacted, the shopkio customer support has been rude and are denying any payment received. Although I have shared my Paytm pass book copy with them.
