I got a form filling job from pro tech of 800 forms with a deadline of seven days And pay of 25 per page . I completed the work before the due date but I was unaware how to submit the work I contact the customer care to know the procedure of submitting the work but they didn’t responded the call due to which I wasn’t able to submit the work on time and there was Diwali holiday due to which the contact between the company and me was not possible after holidays I logged in into my account but my ID was blocked there was nothing like Submitting work. I contacted the customer care and told them the whole story. Their behaviour changed suddenly as I told them that I wasn’t able to submit the work on time but I had completed the work. They started telling me that you have to pay 7800 to reactivate your ID and complete your work as there was no rules in the agreement that I have sent.
The agreement was that if I won’t be able to fill the forms I will pay 4100 and also if the accuracy will be less than 90%.
Although I fulfilled both the demands. Instead of paying me they are talking of taking some legal action and are pressuring me to pay them Even I worked hard for a week to fill the forms.
Please help me out with this.
