Complaint regarding money not refunded by Paytm

This is to inform you that I made a credit card bill payment on 3rd April of Rs.500 on paytm which was failed but money was deducted from my account. So i again and again contacted paytm they said money already refund yet but still i am not receive money ..they said 12th april i will get money but not receive. I request you to kindly check my bank statement there is no refund credited so same i shared with paytm they just inform they working hard and provide an update with 3 to 5 day then automaticaly close the complain. Normaly money refunded 5 to 7 day but now approx 15 day still not refund yet. Please help me sir . Thank you

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
