Complaint regarding Motorola mobile service delay

I submitt my Motorola handset to the Authorised service centre at Calicut for a repair on 22/05/2017. Reference No.SRINE1911705220010. hitherto no response from the Service centre or from the company regarding my phone. I contacted the company through e mail related to this matter and they are failed to give a satisfactory reply.
kindly do the needful.
