Complaint regarding no refund from cleartrip for flight cancellation

Cleartrip not refunded the amount in my bank account. I have booked a ticket with amazon flights during the period of lockdown the ticket has been cancelled till now i have not received the amount in my bank account. They have provided me ARN number but that number is unable to track with my bank. The trip ID is 2xxxxxx2.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
