I am in need of some genuine help in dealing with Myntra. I am so tired and fed up of them. I have my account registered with email.
My refund has been kept on hold, saying quality check not passed. I am extremely amazed and disappointed to see this tactic from them. All products had the original packaging and price tags intact, yet they have given a very fake reason and blocked my refund.
I work on very busy work schedule and also having to manage following up with them umpteen number of times. I request a speedy resolution and that my entire money be refunded. I am really frustrated that a national level company resorts to such fraudulent measures. The products are 2 red Athena coats. Since 2 weeks have assured resolution and now they say only 1 can be refunded, but other coat will be #reshipped# to me as it failed qaulity check and if I deny to accept it then MYNTRA will not take any responsibility for the product. This is such a monopoly.. Any damage, if true, post pick is not my liability. just because they have my money now, they are creating troubles for me and pressurizig me to just keep the product and forget the refund #Worst customer experice ever.
Please escalate this matter as I am just not going to sit queit to such unethical practises.
