I had applied for the work from home jobs on Quikkr and I recieved a message on whatsapp from Remy Enterprise.
They had formulated an agreement because I said I will be able to work but in the agreement it was given that if i did not complete the said work, I will have to pay cash. Then, I called them and told them the very same day that I cant pay any cash and I want to cancel the agreement and they have been calling me ever since and have been threatening me to pay money or they will take legal action.
They said they will also issue a notice to me but when I googled about the company, it seems to be a fraudster trying to scam me. The agreement they issued does not seem genuine. I am receiving a lot of calls and they are threatening me with my address proof which I had submitted to them.

I will applied for the work from home jobs on Quikkr and I recieved a call & say this is a work from home jobs, just fill the word ,u have no pay amount for applying i say ok i will start working for one day but im not sure what happened i will call him and say i have not work with you he said ok but next day call for advocate & say its a will ur documents has send tu court u will pay amount in 1hr 8550/- ,u will not pay ur fail in cour & u will be come Gujarat court, company name is kvs enterprises captcha gujarat, what will be do I’m now he will say pay, kya karu kuch samaj nahi aa raha please help me

Please dont worry….Even I was stuck in the same situation few weeks back……try not to pick unknown calls and if u pick also….try to avoid them…..They are not genuine companies….They are using your fear to earn money…..You dont have to be afraid and pay…..DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT…..Just tell them u have filed a complaint against them and file a complaint in this website…..They will talk to them……
Even after resolving the complaint I am receiving calls from that company again!!!
Is there any way for indiaconsumerforum to take this matter into consideration…
I am receiving scam calls for 8000403766 reapeatedly…..
