Complaint regarding non-delivery by Indian Products Store

Not received the items for which the payment was made. Value: $165.66

I made a payment of $165.66 on 10/4/22 to buy homeopathic medicines from Indian Products store, order number 21011. I have still not received the consignment. I dropped several e mails and messages on their website but not received any response from them.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
