I am holding Big Bazaar Profit Club Card no 92xxxxxxxx73. All big bazaar retail outlets in Nagpur have shut and hence I’m unable to use the balance amount in the card. The balance in the card is Rs 9033.54 (Attached below)
I sent them an email on care[@]bigbazaar.com attaching:
1. Front & back pic of card
2. Aadhaar Card – front & back pic : ID Proof
3. License – ID Proof
4. Cancelled cheque
But to my horror even the email is bouncing back. Customer Care number isn’t working. What a mess of a company is this!

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I have about 9k in the profit club card and after BigBazaar has shutdown the stores, I am not able to get my money back.
The sales person who was in BigBazaar that time is now in Reliance store at the same place and he does not hear anything.
Any resolution?
Some are saying that they have received a SMS which says that you can redeem in multiples of Rs 500 at reliance outlets.
