Complaint regarding non delivery by Instagram The Luxury Store

Complaint regarding an Instagram (online) store. Value: 218
On 21st of Jan I ordered two items from a seller of Instagram whose store’s name is The Luxury Store store a month ago and I haven’t received my product yet. The seller is too casual about her customer service. Whenever I text her on Instagram regarding my product dispatch status she keeps me seenzoned. She also fools the customers stating that “You will be getting the tracking id tomorrow” but I haven’t received any kind of tracking id till date.
