Non receipt of one item in the order. Value: 75. one item in the order not received and when complaint lodged with the company although ticket number raised but later on when checked website of jiomart show no complaint pending. it is very harasing and humiliating

When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
