Complaint regarding non-delivery by online portal Fisheshop

I have order # 20999 worth of Rs.3103 for live fishes on 9th January 2021. They said will be delivered in next week, after follow up in whatsup messages, whatsup call, customer care number there’s no responses. Hence I would request your intervention required in this matter to get it refund, also please initiate to block this fraud online merchant www.fisheshop.com.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October.
