Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo.
