Complaint regarding non-delivery by online shopping portal

I ordered a hair trimmer online at ninth avenue shopping portal on 18 may 2020 and paid Rs 4511.00 through net banking. Till now they didn’t dispatch my order. I tried one more time to contact with them but failed. They don’t answer my query the phone number provided at site is not working. My order number is
Kindly make any needed actions to resolve my issue and protect my consumer right.

Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
