Complaint regarding non-delivery by online shopping portal

I ordered a hair trimmer online at ninth avenue shopping portal on 18 may 2020 and paid Rs 4511.00 through net banking. Till now they didn’t dispatch my order. I tried one more time to contact with them but failed. They don’t answer my query the phone number provided at site is not working. My order number is
Kindly make any needed actions to resolve my issue and protect my consumer right.
