Complaint regarding non-delivery by richfeel

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Richfeel soaps from “products.richfeel.com” on 21st May 2020. But till now the status is showing as Processing even after more than 2 weeks. Whenever I call the customer care number (18002662025) there is nobody to attend. Hope they have given the tollfree number to fool the customers. I even sent mails to the support which they have provided in their site and for that also did not get any reply. When called on the number provided in FB, different customer executive gives different answers daily. Initially an executive on 25th May 2020 told because of current situation it will take time and product will be shipped at the earliest. But from last 1 week I am getting the reply as product has been shipped and check the status at Delhivery.com. When I ask the tracking number they don’t have proper reply and say the senior official will send whatsapp. But the whatspp message will never be received. I contacted them on FB chat and initially got a reply as they will contact me on my number. But their official never contacted me. After all this when I contacted on the number provided on facebook and asked for refund the reply to my queries stopped. I thought Richfeel products have some genuine reputation in market which now proved to be false. So I request all not to buy any products from the site “products.richfeel.com” which seems to be a fake site and is created to swallow customer money. Please beware before buying any product from Richfeel.com. Anyhow I am raising this issue here to get the refund of my amount and hope would get the justice. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
