Complaint regarding non-delivery by Technocart.com

I ordered manual pressure sprayer 8 LTRs capacity from Technocart.com on 30 th may 2020. Paid amount of 1102.80 through  internet. Received mail from payment-report@payu.in  confirming my payment and order with technocart.com with amount paid transaction  So far I have not rec’d the item. Called technocart helpline number regarding status several time . They have confirmed my order but no satisfactory answer regarding status of my order.
Also has written mail to them twice to technocart.com. but no reply. Today again talked to them but again no satisfactory answer .

    Yes lousy customer service. I was slightly luckier in that my sprayer arrived after long delay but package was damaged and one of the retaining screw pieces was missing. It’s been nearly 6 weeks and I am still trying to get a replacement. no response to emails; on whatsapp and online chat they say they will look into it and then nothing.
    I had thought I might have bought a second one but not after this experience. I would advise caution to any would be buyers from technocart.com.
