Complaint regarding non-delivery by teesndmore.com

Shopped for 8500rs from this instagram page website teesndmore.com , website and the people there says 10 to 15 days to deliver yet they kept on lingering my order and responding so late as well as very rudely even after 3 full weeks from order. So fed up to take follow up everyday amd the rude replies. I have all the proofs for conversation that has happened.
