Complaint regarding missing product from Myntra order

I had ordered a set of 3 trolley bags from Myntra and a pair of shoes. They delivered 2 bags instead of three and are refusing to address the issue because it took me 3 days to complaint about this ( as I was extremely busy with my visa work). They refuse to give me any resolution for the same.

And for the pair of shoes, they literally sent me a torn, used shirt inside the Myntra packet and they have been unable to get it exchanged yet.

Horrible service and horrible resolution team.

Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid. The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to.
