I had placed an order on 31st August from the website- theshoppingbazar.in the order number given to me. No delivery and any response by them. I tried to contact by their customer support but no any response by that also. After that the site itself can’t get access. Their was no pay on delivery option. so I paid them. It seems like a fraud website now. Help me getting back my money.

I have placed the order on 25th OCTOBER from instagram page aithuu_boutique_for_woman page, I have received wrong product and raised a return request and returned on 6th nov but they haven’t returned the money
I have tried to contact the person via phone and chat the user is blocking me
